mySunar Jewels Private Limited is a registered Startup India company (DIPP Reg founded by Sajan Mathew and Bhaskar Salgaonkar — seasoned professionals with over two decades of leadership experience in the IT and Telecom sectors. In 2020, they transitioned from their corporate careers to establish mySunar, a brand dedicated to safe, hygienic, and traditional baby ear-piercing services.

Our proprietary product is a Made-in-India medical-grade gold piercing needle, and our services are delivered in the comfort of the child's home — combining clinical hygiene with traditional values.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, well-spoken, and driven Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead field-level growth for mySunar. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of business development experience, strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and the ability to build long-lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.

This is a field-based role requiring regular outreach to healthcare providers and community representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to increase awareness and adoption of mySunar services.
  • Visit and onboard Pediatricians, Children's Hospitals, Maternity Hospitals, and healthcare practitioners to expand partnerships.
  • Engage with Co-operative Housing Societies and collaborate with society management committees for awareness sessions and service promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure sustained engagement.
  • Conduct market research and track emerging trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing (or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • High-energy personality with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to draw insights from market feedback.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
