Job Title: Sales Executive ( B2B )

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, initiating cold calls to prospective clients, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling & Email.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings to present our products/services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: In B2B sales or Normal Sales, with a proven track record in cold calling and meeting sales targets

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
