Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager based in Aurangabad (chh.sambhajinagar), Nagpur, Pune & Raipur. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales process, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also requires ongoing reporting and analysis of sales metrics to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management roles
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Pipeline Development
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships through excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Deal Closing, and Conflict Resolution
  • Experience in Renewable Energy or Solar Industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
