Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Aurangabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and tracking sales performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with internal departments for seamless implementation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand retail dealer network across Maharashtra.
  • Onboard new retailers and distributors for our product portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with existing dealers to ensure repeat business.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned region.
  • Ensure visibility of products through retail branding and POS activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, payment collection, and after-sales support.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business growth.
