Executive Assistant – Remote Team Productivity and Accountability

About the Role :
As our company grows with a significant remote team in India, we seek a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to take ownership of monitoring and improving staff productivity and accountability. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, resilience, and a tactful approach to handling sensitive performance management issues. The goal is to establish structured, transparent processes that support efficiency while maintaining team morale. He/She needs to report to the Company Director.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and oversee productivity tracking systems and tools, including Zoho applications, balancing transparency and privacy.
- Coordinate regular progress updates and reporting from remote teams, acting as the primary liaison between management and staff.
- Develop and track measurable KPIs aligned with company goals to assess meaningful output.
- Collect, analyze, and report productivity data, highlighting achievements and identifying potential shortcuts or issues.
- Support management by handling day-to-day monitoring and reporting tasks.
- Foster clear communication about accountability, setting expectations, and creating buy-in to reduce resistance.
- Maintain documentation, streamline workflows, and escalate operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Support employee engagement and performance review processes to maintain motivation and improvement.
Skills and Experience :
- Proven track record managing or supporting remote teams (please specify years).
- Experience with productivity tracking or project management tools such as Zoho, Trello, or Asana (please specify years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with diplomacy in handling difficult conversations.
- Highly organized with strong time management, analytical, and reporting abilities.
- Resilient and proactive mindset to address challenges and foster positive outcomes.
- Experience training remote teams on new tools or processes is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
