**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit driver logs, track safety events, manage driver violations, and assist with driver improvement plans as needed.
- Schedule truck maintenance, coordinate roadside assistance, and order parts and equipment as necessary.
- Operate load boards **(DAT, Truckstop, JB Hunt**) to negotiate and book loads.
- Manage fuel routing, report fuel costs weekly, and assist with onboarding brokers to meet KPIs.
- Use **Alvys, Transflo, Google Workspace, and Vonage Phone Systems** for task management and communication.
- Occasionally assist with Pre-Screening Applicants.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in fleet/dispatch management or logistics roles.
- Experience with logistics software and load boards**:Alvys, Transflo, DAT, Truckstop and JB Hunt.**:

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Sheets).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills.

**Working Hours**:

- Without Dispatch: 20-25 hours per week
- With Dispatch: 30-40 hours per week
