Job Title: Project Executive – Interior Fit-Out (Commercial & Residential Projects)

We are looking for a Project Executive with hands-on experience in interior site execution and coordination. The role involves managing on-site activities, supervising vendors, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure work progresses as per design and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure quality control for materials, finishes, and installation.
  • Maintain daily site reports, material usage, and labor records.
  • Handle on-site problem solving and support the project manager in execution planning.
  • Verify purchase bills and site expenses with proper documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, discipline, and professional conduct on site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision/project execution.
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of interior materials, drawings, and fit-out work.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites when required.
  • Honesty, punctuality, and accountability are must-have qualities.
