The company takes pride in transforming creative concepts into functional and sophisticated environments that meet the unique needs of its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Fit-Out Estimator located in Kochi. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, delivering proposals, and collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Responsibilities include reviewing design drawings, gathering supplier and subcontractor quotes, calculating costs, and managing budgets to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Qualifications- Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis specific to interior design and fit-out projects - Ability to review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with strong attention to detail - Competence in sourcing materials, obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotes, and negotiating contracts - Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant applications - Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills - Prior experience in the interior design, construction, or related industry is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey, or related field - Understanding of current market trends and building materials is an added advantage
