This opportunity is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and offers a competitive CTC of ₹5 to 6 lakh per annum. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions across corporate, residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities ·Tendering & BOQ: ·Preparation and analysis of tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and contracts ·Evaluation and negotiation of subcontractor bids Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitoring budgets and controlling project costs Preparing cost plans, cash flows, and financial reports Ensuring financial discipline throughout execution Procurement & Vendor Management: Building and managing a strong vendor and supplier network Procuring quality materials at the best price and ensuring timely delivery Contract Administration: Handling contract negotiations, change orders, and claims Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations Quantity Takeoff & Estimation: Measuring and quantifying materials, labour, and equipment requirements Supporting pricing and estimation for project tenders Site Coordination & Reporting: Conducting regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues Submitting timely cost and progress reports to management Value Engineering & Risk Management: Identifying cost-saving strategies without compromising quality Developing mitigation plans for cost-related project risks Qualifications & Skills ·Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field ·3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects ·Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Quantity Surveying software ·Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities ·Familiarity with local vendor ecosystem and procurement cycle ·Must have own vehicle for site commute Why Join Us? ·Work on high-impact, large-scale interior projects ·Collaborative team environment with ample growth potential ·Exposure to diverse sectors and challenging project scopes How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their updated resume to hr@sgenterprises.in with the subject line: Application for QS & Costing Engineer – Interior Fit-out Projects.
