Job Opportunity: Senior Estimator - Interior Fit-Out Works

Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with expertise in interior fit-out works to join our team. This full-time position requires 5-10 years' experience in a fit-out and joinery company

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimates for joinery, wooden, and fit-out work

Calculate material and labor costs for project completion.

Ensure projects remain within budget through estimation and cost control.

Identify cost-efficient alternatives for project scopes.

Manage supplier/subcontractor databases and source new companies for tender lists.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of estimation and costing experience in joinery and fit-out

High proficiency in numeracy and strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with accuracy focus.

Ability to interpret CAD drawings and work under pressure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
