**Quantity Surveyor (Bank Interior Fit Out) requirements.**
- **Responsibilities**:

- General QS roles & responsibilities including pre/post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties
- Preparation of overall Budgetary Quotation for company's corporate clients.

Sourcing, comparing and liaising with existing and new suppliers for materials and equipment.
- Ensuring clients' & organizational financial & resource requirements are met by coordinating with both the sales & designer team.
- **Requirements**:

- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related commercial Interior Design or Renovation (not construction) field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s) & Characteristics Independent and Pro-active to monitor for company, Self-motivated, Resourceful, Meticulous.
- Preferably an experienced Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- **Salary 25k - 40kJOB LOCATION: - A-126, DDA Shed Okhla Industrial Area Phase - 2**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
