The company takes pride in transforming creative concepts into functional and sophisticated environments that meet the unique needs of its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Fit-Out Estimator located in Kochi. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, delivering proposals, and collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Responsibilities include reviewing design drawings, gathering supplier and subcontractor quotes, calculating costs, and managing budgets to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.QualificationsProficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis specific to interior design and fit-out projectsAbility to review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with strong attention to detailCompetence in sourcing materials, obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotes, and negotiating contractsFamiliarity with project management software and tools, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant applicationsStrong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skillsPrior experience in the interior design, construction, or related industry is preferredBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey, or related fieldUnderstanding of current market trends and building materials is an added advantage
