**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor & Estimation - Interior Fit-Out
**Experience Required**: 5-7 years in Interior Fit-Out Execution

**Job Description / Key Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Estimation & Costing**:

- Prepare detailed **BOQs based on design dockets** and drawings.
- Provide **cost estimates** using both online and offline market data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of **market rates** for interior fit-out materials and services.
- Work with the design and project teams to ensure **cost-effective solutions**.
- **Procurement Coordination**:

- Make key decisions on procurement rates based on market analysis.
- Coordinate with the **Procurement Manager** to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Oversee procurement of **interior goods and materials** in line with project requirements and budgets.
- **Cost Control & Budget Monitoring**:

- Exercise full control over **project costing during execution**.
- Evaluate and manage cost risks and provide input for budget planning.
- Support the Project Manager in cost-related decisions and procurement planning.
- **Billing & Documentation**:

- Prepare **RA bills** and assist Project Managers in verification and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of billing documentation.
- **Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Partially manage vendor relationships to ensure service and quality compliance.
- Provide instructions and coordinate with the procurement team for effective execution.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum **5-7 years of hands-on experience** in **interior fit-out estimation and execution**.
- Proficient in BOQ preparation, market rate analysis, and RA billing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiar with industry-standard estimation tools and software.

**Other Requirements**:

- Punctual and process-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a cost-saving mindset.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
