Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in
interior fit-out execution for corporate office spaces
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle – from planning and design coordination to on-site execution and project handover. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Execution & Site Management:
  • Lead day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely execution of fit-out works.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project duration.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including BOQs, drawings, approvals, and reports.
  • Prepare progress reports, cost control reports, and handover documentation
