We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Branding & Marketing Executives As a Branding & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing branding strategies, digital campaigns, and promotional content that enhance our visibility, attract new clients, and maintain a strong brand identity—particularly targeting international markets such as the U.S..

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote services and capabilities
  • Create compelling content for websites, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and presentations
  • Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and grow audience engagement
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals
  • Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including videos, case studies, and newsletters
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend optimizations
  • Research competitors and stay updated on industry trends to refine marketing strategy
  • Support branding at industry events, trade shows, and virtual webinars

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or branding, preferably in B2B or technical industries
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with international clients or markets (especially the U.S.) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
