Join us and help the worlds leading organizationsunlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world Your Role  We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect based in Mumbai to lead presales and solutioning for large, strategic outsourcing deals (TCV $20Mn+). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application and multi-tower outsourcing, with a strong track record in crafting innovative, client-centric solutions. - Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs/RFIs including delivery models, transformation roadmaps, and commercials- Develop governance structures, staffing models, service levels, and enabling tools- Drive proposal defense, BAFO, and contract negotiation support- Maintain a win/down-selection rate of 60%+ and high utilization (>85%)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build differentiated value propositions- Contribute to solutioning best practices and internal capability buildingYour Profile - Strong presales experience in AMS (RFP/RFI, solutioning, estimation).- Broad tech knowledge (SAP, Custom Apps, Digital, GenAI).- Proven success in strategic outsourcing deals (TCV $20Mn+).- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.- Certifications (ITILv3, PMP/PRINCEII) and SAP experience are a plus.What Youll Love About Working Here - You can shape yourcareerwith us.
