Our role will give you an opportunity to oversee the management and optimisation of our facilities, ensuring a safe, sustainable, and productive space for our employees. You'll have a chance to act as the first point of contact for external visitors and providing best-in-class customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, including third party vendors.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure all employees visiting the office each day are signing in via the Sign In App
• Maintain Sign In App for relevant locations in line with requirements, ensuring tools to track office utilisation are in line
• Support travel requirements for relevant stakeholders, assist with booking travel, help troubleshoot travel issues.
• Review and update internal manuals and processes as appropriate.
• Ensure excellent record-keeping of documentation pertaining to Global Facilities.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third party

vendors.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness by researching alternative suppliers / vendors to reduce costs and expenditure.
- Manage office supplies including kitchen facilities and stationery (if applicable).
- Organise and send communication to regional locations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local / global Health and Safety regulations as well as AMS

policies and procedures and meet ISO standards.
- Support internal and external Audits, as appropriate.

You'll need to demonstrate:

• Experience in Inter departmental coordination
• Experience in managing internal and external visitors, vendors etc
• Experience in vendor onboarding and payment
• Experience in managing safety regulations of office including fire compliance
• Experience in handling ISO Audits
• Experience of excel reporting and ppt presentation
• Well versed with managing Sign-In app and Microsoft D365 (not a compulsion)
• Experience in organising internal and external events
• Experience in managing office supplies and emergency kit, review Health and Safety documents
