About the Role

The Machan Resort is seeking a results-oriented Front Office Executive (Team Leader) to drive service excellence and ensure seamless guest engagement across all touchpoints. This role requires a polished professional with strong customer-facing acumen and the ability to streamline front office operations in a high-impact hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day front office functions to ensure superior guest satisfaction and operational continuity.
  • Drive front desk performance, monitor service quality metrics, and champion a guest-centric culture.
  • Manage check-in/check-out workflows, reservation updates, and guest inquiries with precision and service discipline.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational alignment.
  • Support the Resident Manager with reporting, process enhancements, and on-ground team development.
  • Uphold brand standards, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with operational SOPs.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in front office operations within the hospitality sector; supervisory exposure preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead by influence in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in front office systems and reservation platforms is an added advantage.
  • Professional demeanour with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Compensation & Benefits
