Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Mawal. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, managing accounts receivable records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients. Additional responsibilities include generating and analyzing financial reports, communicating with clients, and addressing any issues or discrepancies in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Finance skills to manage accounts, understand financial data, and generate reports
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams effectively
• Experience in Debt Collection and Invoicing processes to manage receipts and ensure timely payment collection
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance-related role is advantageous
