Job Description
Job Summary:
Della Adventure & Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Accounts Receivable processes. The ideal candidate will come from the hotel or hospitality industry and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing guest/agent receivables, and ensuring timely collection and reconciliation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including billing, invoicing, collection follow-ups, and payment tracking.
Ensure timely posting of receipts and maintaining accurate customer ledger accounts.
Coordinate with front office, sales, and reservations teams for guest folio reconciliation and billing clarifications.
Prepare and maintain AR aging reports and follow-up schedules.
Record and process day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
Maintain spreadsheets, financial reports, and MIS using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, basic formulas).
Assist in month-end closing activities, reconciliation of accounts, and audit requirements.
Handle credit approvals, outstanding reports, and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting tasks and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
1–3 years of accounts experience, specifically in Accounts Receivable from the hotel/hospitality sector.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Strong understanding of hotel billing processes, guest ledger, city ledger, and payment modes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum Job Experience
1–3 years of accounts experience, specifically in Accounts Receivable from the hotel/hospitality sector
