The resort also provides excellent facilities for business events, with a 3,000 sqft Executive Centre equipped with modern amenities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Lonavala. The Senior Finance Manager will manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. They will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The role also involves overseeing the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, and implementing financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and regulations
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and strategic planning
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
