Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mawal for a Front Office Executive. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing reception duties, providing customer service, handling front office operations, and ensuring effective communication with guests. Candidates should be prepared to handle the day-to-day interactions with guests, respond to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
