Role Description

  • We are looking for a
    Performance
    Marketing Specialist
    to join our team and drive measurable growth across digital channels. The role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns across
    Google Ads and Meta Ads
    to accelerate both customer acquisition and retention.
  • You'll be responsible for budget management, targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and mapping complete user journeys. Experience in
    e-commerce marketing and app marketing
    (with tools like Clevertap or similar) is a must. Strong technical skills in
    pixel setup, GTM/Gtag
    , and campaign tracking are essential.
  • You'll collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to launch unified campaigns that deliver strong ROI and long-term impact.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across
    Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
    .
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Map and optimize user journeys — from acquisition to retention.
  • Set up pixels, GTM/Gtag for accurate tracking.
  • Run high-performing campaigns for e-commerce, including product listings on Google and Facebook.
  • Execute app marketing campaigns with tools like Clevertap (or similar).
  • Run in-app marketing and retargeting campaigns to engage inactive users.
  • Manage remarketing funnels to boost conversions.
  • App Marketing
    via push notifications to boost engagement and conversions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, design, and product teams to launch unified and high-impact campaigns.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with
    HotJar
    or similar tools to understand user behavior and optimize funnels.

Must Haves

  • 3-7 years of experience
    in paid marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience in
    conversion tracking, campaign setup, and optimization
    across ad platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Analytics
    .
  • Proven experience working in the
    e-commerce industry
    .
  • Experience in
    product listing ads
    for Google and Facebook.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for growth.
  • App Marketing experience via push notifications is a must.
