Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Happiness Officer based in Pune. The Chief Happiness Officer will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives, and serving as a pivotal liaison between employees and leadership. Additional responsibilities include building team morale, managing customer and employee relationships, and contributing to the organization's culture and success through strategic efforts.
