Epsilon International UK is a London based Educational Service Provider that deals with British, European and South Asian students wanting to study abroad in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Poland. It has pioneered in helping British, South Asian & Middle East students for their Higher Education & has given coaching in IELTS, OET, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, SAT, PTE, HLA. It's now expanding its operations to help Indian students study abroad and help them excel in getting through their dream Universities.. The company plans to expand its presence in major Indian cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata etc., hence is inviting aspiring applicants who have experience in similar industry dealing with all study abroad popular destinations to work with the young and growing team in Hyderabad, India.

Role Description
A passionate candidate who can counsel and guide students with their overseas education and help them get into their dream universities. Provide essential product knowledge to the students about Colleges, Universities, Locations, and documentation as per their preference & also depending upon Student education credentials. Building good client relations and ensuring the best service.

Responsibilities
1. Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities in various countries like the UK, USA, Australia, Canada & Poland.
2. Advise students on their University selections, course options, and career planning for their future perspectives.
3. Provide accurate information regarding the application procedure with end-to-end documentation support for all the selected universities.
4. Provide assistance for SOP, recommendation letters, visa application, financial assistance, accommodation facilities, health covers with additional assistance for their studies overseas.
5. Interacting with the parents/students cordially and ensuring the client leaves with a positive mindset to maintain a good clientele.
6. Handling & clarifying all queries and doubts related to abroad education.
7. Motivating & mentoring them to take up abroad education and make right career choices.
8. Maintaining proper records of every student application stage and continuous interactions till a closure.
9. Guide junior counsellors and assist them while guiding students and help them reach their targets.

Candidate Requirements
1. Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant study abroad Industry experience is required. (Freshers can also apply for Junior counsellor role)
2. Excellent Communication Skills and command of Spoken English.
3. Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough to speak with parents and students.
4. Self Motivated with a passion for sales and target oriented roles.
5. Good teamwork and work culture.
