Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor based in Hyderabad. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students, assisting them in exploring educational and career opportunities overseas, and guiding them through the application and visa processes. Key duties include analyzing academic backgrounds, recommending suitable education programs, addressing student queries, and ensuring smooth communication between students and universities throughout the admission process. The counsellor will also keep abreast of new academic programs, visa protocols, and global education trends to better assist clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide students toward achieving their academic and career aspirations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and institutional representatives
  • Experience in Career Counseling and knowledge of global educational systems and opportunities
  • An understanding of various educational systems, institutions, and programs
  • Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions for clients
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and cases efficiently in a professional setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in the education or consulting industry is an advantage
