Job Title - Tele Counselor / Student Advisor

Location: Somajiguda, Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1- 3 years relevant to (Overseas Education)

Key Responsibilities -

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students and parents interested in studying abroad like USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, and Ireland.
  • Provide accurate information on international education opportunities, universities, programs, admission criteria, and visa requirements.
  • Qualify and nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and walk-ins.
  • Understand student needs and academic backgrounds to guide them toward suitable study destinations and courses.
  • Follow up consistently with potential students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions.

Requirements -

  • Bachelors degrees with 1-3 years of experience as Tele Counseling, Student Advisor, Career/Student Counslor.
  • Prior experience into relevant overseas education industry.
  • Strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling experience.
