We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Executive to manage the end-to-end Australia application to visa process for clients applying for overseas education. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing applications for Australian institutions and managing the student visa documentation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with preparing and submitting applications to Australian universities/colleges.
  • Coordinate with institutions to obtain Offer Letters and Confirmation of Enrolment .
  • Review and ensure all application documents are accurate and complete.
  • Assist in filling out and submitting university applications and ensure timely offer letter follow-ups
  • Guide clients on student visa (Subclass 500) or other relevant Australian visa categories.
  • Prepare, compile, and lodge visa applications via ImmiAccount.
  • Ensure compliance with Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements.
  • Assist clients with Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing, financial documentation, and health check processes.

Preferred candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in overseas education consulting, especially Australia process
  • Familiarity with Australian student visa process, ImmiAccount, and GTE requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Australia student visa process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
