Are you passionate about helping students achieve their global education dreams? At SIVA VISA, we are looking for dedicated Student Counsellors to guide students through their overseas education journey—from choosing the right country and course to securing successful admissions.

As a counsellor, you will play a key role in advising students, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring a smooth application process. You'll be the first point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring each student receives the right guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

Student Guidance: Offer end-to-end counselling to students on study abroad opportunities in countries like Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and more.

Course & University Shortlisting: Help students choose the right course and university based on their profile, preferences, and career goals.

Application Support:
Assist with document preparation, application submissions, and follow-ups with universities.

Regular Follow-Ups:
Maintain consistent communication with students to track progress, solve queries, and ensure timely updates.

Knowledge Development:
Stay up to date with admission guidelines, visa processes, and university policies.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Student Records:
Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and application status.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Education, or Marketing).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling, academic advising, or client servicing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle student queries efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a student-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with study visa processes is a plus.
