Admission Counsellor Role Description:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing the entire student admission process from handling enquiries to enrolment. The role involves guiding parents and students with accurate information about the school, coordinating campus visits and assessments, maintaining admission records, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The counsellor also supports marketing activities, strengthens parent relationships, and works closely with school departments to achieve admission targets and ensure a positive admission experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Experience: 16 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service preferably in an educational institution.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with school ERP or CRM systems.
