Documentation & Reporting: Scrutinize property-related documents and prepare technical reports. Maintain accurate records of builder status and project data across zones. Review and update process notes periodically to reflect regulatory changes. Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation: Ensure thorough due diligence during project approval to prevent fraud. Identify and report discrepancies or risks in property documentation. Market Intelligence & Regulatory Updates: Collect and update market information on a regular basis.
