Job Title: Technical Writer

Location : Ludhiana

  • Key Responsibilities ? Develop, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and API documentation. ? Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards. ? In-depth understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and IT infrastructure. ? Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Markdown, and version control systems (e.g., Git). ? Lead and mentor a team of technical writers and interns. ? Address queries from team members and interns, providing guidance and support. ? Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the documentation team. ? Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. ? Participate in product development meetings to stay informed about new features and updates. ? Review and edit documentation produced by team members to ensure consistency and quality. ? Implement best practices and standards for technical writing within the team. ? Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. ? Incorporate new insights and best practices into the documentation process.

Qualifications

Qualifications ? Education: ? Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

? Writing Skills: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

? Research and Analysis: ? Ability to research and understand complex technical topics. ? Skill in analyzing and synthesizing information to create clear and concise documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
