Your Impact
As Assistant Manager – CRM, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving retention through data-driven campaigns and customer journeys. Your work will directly influence customer loyalty and business growth.
Your Role Will Include:
- Owning the end-to-end marketing communications calendar.
- Designing customer journeys with multi-channel communication, incentives, and creative assets for continuous engagement.
- Managing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-App Notifications.
- Leading and guiding the execution team on BAU campaigns and automated journeys.
- Partnering with Brand, Product, Design, and Tech teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Tracking campaign performance metrics, analyzing results, and sharing actionable insights.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar tools.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in B2C).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong data analysis skills.
- A data-driven, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Consumer-first thinking and ability to give creative feedback for CRM communications.
- Strategic outlook to maximize CRM's impact on engagement and revenue.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mindset and proven ability to take initiatives to completion.
