Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain long-term relationships, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, ensuring a premium customer experience, and supporting after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer database (CRM software).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding jewellery products, pricing, customisation, and after-sales support.
  • Follow up with customers for repeat sales, special promotions, and festive campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the sales teams for customer engagement activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in loyalty program management and customer retention strategies.
  • Generate CRM reports on customer feedback, sales follow-up, and relationship activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate .

  • 0-6 Months of experience in CRM.

  • Ability to handle premium/luxury clients with patience and professionalism.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
