Job Title: IT Staffing Domestic Recruiter

Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Staffing Domestic Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles, working closely with clients and candidates to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various IT positions across domestic clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: resume screening, interviewing, negotiating, and offer closure.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
  • Maintain ATS and candidate databases.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback communication.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and maintain timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of IT staffing recruitment experience, domestic staffing only.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
