
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from Meta Ads, Website, and other channels.
- Connect with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand requirements.
- Pitch company services (Web/App Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, etc.) in a simple, convincing way.
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations with clients.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with the technical team for project scope and client requirements.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication & negotiation skills (English, Hindi, or local language).
- Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
- Prior experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Lead Conversion (preferred 1–3 years).
- Comfortable with tools like Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.
- Ability to convince and build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
