Responsibilities

(E.g. Growth/Talent Pipeline, Staffing Model, Compensation Model Performance Management Tracking, etc.)

  1. Implement OPEX Standards

  2. Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures in line with the OPEX standards

  3. Orient self with thorough understanding of OPEX standards
  4. Review the current procedures and standardize as per the OPEX requirements
  5. Oversee the progress to ensure the processes are on track

  6. Perform audits on various operational metrics, report the audit findings and provide necessary support on the knowledge front

  7. MIS Reporting

  8. Should have a strong foundation knowledge of excel

  9. Ability to create and track reports around Average Handling Time, Efficiency and Utilization
  10. Ability to create reports around payroll, budgeting and incentive coverage
  11. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
  12. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  13. Strong logical and analytical skillsets

  14. Stakeholder Management

  15. Ability to connect with different teams within SDU to implement the OPEX standardized procedures

  16. Should have knowledge around pricing strategies and analysis

  17. Ensuring project delivery on time and tracking project deliverables closely

  18. Training & Assessment

  19. Facilitate training sessions on OPEX standards to new hires / newly promoted staff (TL & above)

  20. Perform necessary assessments to gauge understanding of the concepts learnt during the training
  21. Support projects pertaining to conversion of training modules from offline to online mode
  22. Design and implement training programs basis specific need identified for SDU
