What is this role about:
As the Operations Excellence Analyst, you will manage different processes across the organization with end to end ownership of key tasks, metrics and stakeholders across different functions. You will be involved in building and managing key processes, interacting with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure reliable and robust running of day to day operations
**At epiFi, you will**:
- Build the ops processes from scratch and leading key projects such as Debit card delivery etc.
- Be managing end-end operations processes across different functions
- Manage external vendors and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services
- interact & partner with internal stakeholders such as Business, Customer experience to create visibility and drive towards achieving core objectives of the process
- Proactively plann and forecast to ensure reliability and consistency in operations
- have ownership and reporting of key operational metrics to ensure project objectives are met
- You are a graduate with at least 3+yrs of experience in s strong execution focussed role.
- Core understanding and experience with logistics, SCM, inventory, vendor management etc
- Ownership mindset with strong bias for action
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills with data driven approach to problem solving
- Strong ability to design processes & troubleshoot problem areas
- Familiarity with MS - Excel, Basic MIS data collection & reporting
- Preference to industries: Startups in Logistics, ECommerce, Consumer Tech, FinTech
