Data Analyst for Retail H&D Schneider India

Retail Channel in Schneider India has grown rapidly in the past 5 years. We are looking for a data analyst/expert who would like to join our team and be a part of an interesting transformation. Following are the specific requirements.

  • Understand business requirements in the context of creating data models to transform raw data from multiple sources into relevant insights
  • Study data Primary & secondary data across SAP & other sources give insights on market penetration, saturation, product, GTM etc.,
  • Using Power BI/ Tableau, create dashboards and interactive visual reports as per KPIs ( revenue, average, phasing, inventory, Sell out etc.,)
  • Understand the most important metrics for business. Build relationships, comparisons, causations etc between these metrics that aid business decisions.
  • Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models across customer groups, geography, users etc.
  • Create customize charts and custom calculations as per cross functional requirements.
  • Build a comprehensive database of primary & secondary sales working closely with the Sales team, BI teams, Channel team to validate and ensure data accuracy
  • Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions

Skills required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Expertise in PowerBI/ Tableau
  • Previous experience with deep knowledge on business & strong visualization will be helpful.
  • Self- motivated, high on energy.
