Real Estate Consultant

- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial property sales.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, and negotiations.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling ability.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Knowledge of Noida / Greater Noida / NCR real estate market preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
