Role & responsibilities
- Tenant Engagement:
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants
 - Understand tenant needs and recommend suitable rental properties
 - Conduct property tours and virtual showings
 - Leasing Process Management:
 - Prepare and process leasing documents and rental agreements
 - Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
 - Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
 - Property Management:
 - Oversee day-to-day operations of rental properties post-occupancy
 - Handle maintenance requests, inspections, and tenant concerns
 - Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep
 - Investor Relations:
 - Communicate with property investors regarding leasing performance and occupancy rates
 - Provide insights and updates on market trends and tenant feedback
 - Assist in identifying investment opportunities and property improvements
 - Site Visits & Development Oversight:
 - Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure readiness for leasing
 - Liaise with builders and project managers to align timelines with leasing goals
 
Preferred candidate profile
Education:
- Bachelors degree in any disciplineyour passion and attitude matter more than your major.
 
Communication Skills:
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with confidence in engaging tenants and investors professionally.
