Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Retail Leasing Manager. The Retail Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing leases, conducting market research, administering leases, and handling property management tasks. Additional responsibilities include ensuring resident retention and fostering strong tenant relationships to maintain high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Leases and Lease Administration
- Skills in Market Research and Property Management
- Proficiency in Resident Retention strategies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site
- Relevant experience in the retail leasing industry is a plus
