Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in the Creative Department, based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive will lead and manage creative projects, develop concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-quality designs. Key responsibilities include brainstorming innovative ideas, directing the creation of promotional materials, overseeing branding alignments, and ensuring consistency across marketing campaigns. The role requires exceptional creativity, project management skills, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Creative Design, Art Direction, and Concept Development
  • Experience in Project Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Expertise in Digital Design Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and emerging design technologies
  • Strong skills in Branding, Identity Development, and Marketing Collaterals
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Design, Media, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally in design or marketing
  • A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and diverse creative work
