Were looking for a Senior Creative Designer who goes beyond execution to conceptualize and build visual stories that bring the brand to life. Someone who blends aesthetics with strategy, understands social behavior, and designs for both brand love and performance.

This role demands a sharp creative eye, strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate briefs into emotionally resonant, conversion-driven content.

Overall Creative Direction (Imagery + Design Language):

Define and implement the brand's visual identity across all formats and platforms.

Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into cohesive visual narratives.

Build creative systems — templates, guidelines, and mood boards — that ensure consistency and scalability.

Explore and adapt new-age formats for reels, stories, carousels, packaging, and UGC-style visuals.

Campaign Design & Ideation:

Conceptualize and execute visual campaigns for brand, product, and social initiatives.

Design performance-driven creatives optimized for Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Ensure every piece of design communicates both brand emotion and clarity of message.

AI & Innovation in Design:

Experiment with AI-based tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, and DALL
•E to enhance ideation and efficiency.

Integrate automation into workflows without compromising creative quality.

Brand & Product Storytelling:

Translate the brand story into compelling visual expressions across packaging, campaigns, and social media.

Develop visual frameworks for hero and new product launches that highlight benefits and consumer connect.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Mentor and guide junior designers, freelancers, and creative partners.

Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and performance teams to deliver cohesive creative output.

Provide clear feedback and direction to maintain SuperBottoms' design integrity.
