CXO TechBOT is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Manager to lead our design and visual storytelling efforts across our digital magazine, LinkedIn platform, and special editorial projects. Based in Mumbai or remote, this role offers the opportunity to shape creative direction for a brand that covers leadership, technology, and industry trends for a CXO audience. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a sharp design sense, and the ability to translate complex business ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Define and drive CXO TechBOT's creative vision across platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, interns, and creative collaborators.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Design & Storytelling

  • Oversee design for articles, newsletters, carousels, and infographics.
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns for interviews, webinars, and special editions.
  • Push the boundaries of digital storytelling with innovative design formats.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with editorial, marketing, and social media teams to align creative strategy.
  • Research and implement global design trends to enhance brand positioning.
  • Support business development through creative assets for pitches and partnerships.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects with strict deadlines.
  • Oversee design calendars and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Maintain a balance between creativity, efficiency, and business goals.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or related field.

Experience

5–8 years in creative leadership roles within digital media, publishing, or design agencies.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
  • Strong expertise in branding, typography, and visual communication.
  • Ability to translate editorial and business content into impactful designs.
