Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Radiology Department Manager for our Mumbai location. This is a full-time, senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the radiology department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to highest standards of medical care.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in team management, effectively leading and mentoring a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, with a focus on building a high-performing and motivated team environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional team coordination abilities to ensure seamless collaboration and communication within the department (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in implementing process improvement strategies within a radiology setting for enhanced efficiency and results.
  • Extensive knowledge of radiology operations management, with the ability to oversee day-to-day functions and long-term planning.
  • Strong quality assurance skills to maintain the highest standards of patient care and departmental function.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, patients, and other hospital departments.
  • Proficiency in healthcare regulations and compliance to ensure the department adheres to all necessary guidelines and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the radiology department's operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate the radiology team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Implement and monitor protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance within the department.
  • Develop and execute strategies for department growth, including technological advancements and service expansion.
  • Ensure departmental adherence to all regulatory and accreditation requirements, maintaining a focus on patient safety and quality care.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and other departments for integrated service delivery and strategic planning.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and improve performance.
