Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, working on a variety of projects and learning from experienced IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.  Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

 Help in the management and maintenance of IT documentation, including user manuals, procedures, and reports.

 Support the IT team in daily operational tasks, including data backup, system updates, and network monitoring.

 Participate in the implementation of new technologies and systems, providing input and assistance as needed.

 Conduct research on emerging IT trends and technologies, presenting findings to the team.

 Assist with the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

 Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.

 Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks.

 Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus but not required.
