Job Opening: International Customer Support Executive (Work from Office)

We are hiring International Customer Support Executives to join our growing team and support global customers with their queries, issues, and service needs.

Position: International Customer Support Executive

Location: Mumbai – Work from Office

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (including Night Shifts) – As per business requirement

Experience: Freshers / Experienced – Both Can Apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, or chats from international clients.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate where needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of customer concerns.
  • Document interactions in the system accurately.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
  • Prior experience in International BPO/Customer Support is an advantage but not mandatory.
