What You'll Do

• The individual will gain exposure to the entire Lease Accounting , being the primary contact for a variety of accounting and analytical activities including forecasting and monthly results analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounting, business and other controllership teams
• Results analysis and Communication of monthly financials and key variance drivers
• Processing journal entries and providing client financial reporting
• Planning and forecasting and cost benefit analysis
• Developing and enhancing financial models and driving initiatives within the team, providing support and guidance to team members
• Understanding of accounting flows and interaction with other regional and functional finance teams on a regular basis during close and forecasting periods
• Managing business partner and customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance with 5 –7 years of proven accounting and finance experience.
• Good Knowledge of Lease Accounting as per ASC 842
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounting, business and other controllership teams
• Strong accounting and financial acumen with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Financial systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Proficiency with Excel
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently from leader
