Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Head & Store Manager.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all the Products & Services offered.
  • Greet and assist customers politely, Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Cross-Sell products and Up-sell memberships, offers, and festive gift hampers to enhance customer engagement resulting in Increased Cart/Order value.
  • Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and festive events.
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers through daily Calling & communication activities to increase repeat footfall.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure stock rotation, and keep shelves organized and attractive.
  • Accurately Handle all daily billing and POS operations.
  • Record, Maintain & Update Daily & Monthly MIS accurately.
